All mass production and delivery modules pass the following 96-hour continuous strict reliability verification. At the same time, no adverse phenomena such as low-temperature bubbles, loose and falling edge sealing, panel rainbow patterns shall appear:

  1. High temperature storage test: Continuous placement for 96 hours in +80℃ environment
  2. Low temperature storage test: Continuous placement for 96 hours in -30℃ environment
  3. High temperature continuous operation test: Continuous power-on operation for 96 hours in +70℃ environment
  4. Low temperature continuous operation test: Continuous power-on operation for 96 hours in -20℃ environment
  5. High temperature and high humidity storage test: Continuous placement for 96 hours in 50℃, 90%RH environment
  6. Thermal and cold shock cycle test: In static state, hold at -20℃ for 30 minutes and hold at 60℃ for 30 minutes as one cycle, complete 50 cycles of test in total.
