This 3.97-inch integrated TFT + CTP module adopts a transmissive normally black active matrix driving architecture, with the driving IC built as Sitronix ST7701SN, supporting 480 segment outputs and 800 common outputs. The RGB vertical stripe pixel arrangement delivers an equal 0.108mm pixel pitch for both horizontal and vertical directions, with a total pixel count of 480*3RGB(H) × 800(V). Users can unlock 16.7M full color gamut rendering via software configuration, eliminating visible pixel grain even under close viewing distance.
The active display (A.A) area of the panel measures 51.84mm(H) × 86.40mm(V), delivering full all-viewing (ALL Viewing) performance with zero color deviation and brightness shift across all viewing angles. The bare LCM outline dimension is 56.34mm(W) × 95.70(H) × 2.10mm(T), while the complete pre-bonded LCM + G+FF CTP module reaches 58.76mm(W) × 103.68mm(H) × 3.35mm(T). 3. Electrical Characteristic Specifications


  • TFT I/O domain supply voltage range: 2.5V ~ 3.3V, typical value at 2.8V
  • Edge-lit backlight system integrates 8 white LED chips, forward conduction voltage range VF is 2.8V ~ 3.2V, typical forward operating current IF is 160mA
  • Rated LED lifespan: defined as continuous runtime when the module brightness drops to 50% of initial value under IL=20mA/LED, reaching 30,000 hours in total. Note that the LED lifespan will non-linearly decrease if the single LED operating current is higher than 25mA
  • The 40-pin LCM FPC embeds the complete 24-bit RGB interface signal lines: including 8-bit R data (R0~R7), 8-bit G data (G0~G7), 8-bit B data (B0~B7), PCLK pixel clock, HSYNC horizontal synchronization, VSYNC vertical synchronization, active low reset pin, SPI serial control signals, backlight anode and cathode power pins, no extra interface adapter circuit is needed for most mainstream industrial SoC platforms. 4. G+FF Touch Dedicated Parameters


The integrated G+FF projected capacitive touch is driven by GT1151QM touch IC, communicating via standard I2C interface. The 6 dedicated touch pins are fully defined as follows: Pin 1 for touch power ground, Pin 2 for touch I2C SCL clock, Pin 3 for touch I2C SDA data, Pin 4 for touch interrupt signal, Pin 5 for 2.8V touch power supply, Pin 6 for touch hardware reset pin. The touch system maintains stable multi-point sampling performance across the full wide-temperature operating range, no false touch or touch drift will occur in low temperature or light glove operation scenarios.

All 6 standard reliability test items are fully passed, no failures such as missing pixel segments, short circuit, blurry display, non-display, abnormal color deviation, liquid crystal leakage, low-temperature bubbles inside liquid crystal cell, edge sealing peeling or frame rainbow pattern are allowed after all testing cycles:

  1. High temperature storage test: continuously static stored at +80°C for 96 hours
  2. Low temperature storage test: continuously static stored at -30°C for 96 hours
  3. High temperature power-on operation test: continuously full-frame running at +70°C for 96 hours
  4. Low temperature power-on operation test: continuously full-frame running at -20°C for 96 hours
