The TXW280091B0 TFT LCD monitor is a 2.8-inch portrait mode TFT LCD that combines SPI MCU, 8-bit/16 bit/9-bit/18 bit RGB interface. TXW280091B0 TFT LCD display with QVGA resolution of 240x320 pixels. The TFT LCD module is equipped with an ST7789V IC. Its analog power supply voltage (VCC) range is 2.8V to 3.3V, with a typical value of 3.3V. This 2.8-inch TFT LCD display module features an anti glare panel, with a viewing direction of 12 o'clock and a grayscale reversal of 6 o'clock.

The TXW280091B0 TFT module is a portrait mode TFT-LCD with a brightness of 400 nits (typical value). This module can also be used for options without a touch screen, with part number TXW280091B0. The working temperature ranges from -20 ° C to+70 ° C; Its storage temperature range is -30 ° C to+80 ° C.
